This page is maintained by Shoogle to explain, in plain language, what data we collect when you use our website-generation product, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Shoogle you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, name and profile photo provided via sign-in (Google or email).
- Instagram input: the public Instagram handle you enter and the public posts, captions and bio our scraper retrieves for that handle.
- Generated content: the websites our AI produces for you, including images mirrored into our storage.
- Usage data: generation counts, plan tier and basic analytics needed to run the service.
How we use it
- To generate, store and serve your websites.
- To enforce plan limits (Free vs Pro).
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not post to, message from, or modify your Instagram account.
- We do not access private Instagram content.
Subprocessors
We use third-party providers to run the product: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), AI generation (Lovable AI Gateway), and Instagram scraping providers. Each provider processes only what is necessary to deliver their part of the service.
Your choices
You can delete any generated site from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
