These Terms govern your use of Shoogle. By creating an account or generating a site, you agree to be bound by them.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Shoogle.
Acceptable use
- Do not generate websites for content you do not own or have permission to publish.
- No illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
Content ownership
You own the input you provide (handle, posts) and the generated website associated with your account. We retain a limited license to host and serve that content so the product can function.
Plans and billing
Free includes 1 generation per month. Pro plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
Service availability
Shoogle is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep things running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated copy will be error-free. Review your site before sharing it publicly.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
